ADA/Accessibility Information

All Dickies Arena staff are committed to providing a memorable and safe experience for all our guests, including those with disabilities and special needs. If for any reason reasonable modification of policy or procedure is needed or additional aids or services are required, please contact us at accessibility@dickiesarena.com.

If you need assistance during an event, please visit Guest Services at section 117 or see any available staff member.

Please note: Dickies Arena management reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain tickets for accessible seating.

  • Accessible Parking

      Parking for guests displaying a state issued handicapped placard or license plate is available in all lots. Accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking rates apply and may vary in conjunction with event and/or parking area.

      Guests who are seeking ADA parking are encouraged to park in our Yellow Lots on Trail Drive. Guests have access to an elevator, located to the left of the southeast circle stairs that will bring guests to the Simmons Bank Plaza.

      See below for accessible routes to all our main entrances:

      North Entrance: A wheelchair ramp allows access to the North doors for guests being dropped off or coming over from the Will Rogers Complex.

      East Entrance: The northeast corner of the Simmons Bank Plaza has an elevator to assist guests with disabilities coming from the Will Rogers Complex. Guests parking in accessible spaces in the yellow lots have access to an elevator outside the southeast corner of the arena that will bring guests to the Simmons Bank Plaza.

      South Entrance: Guests parking in the Chevrolet Garage are able to utilize the garage elevators to assist them to level three, where an accessible pedestrian bridge will lead guests to the south doors at the Simmons Bank Plaza.

      West Entrance: The ground level entry doors are accessible to all guests walking from Montgomery Street or nearby neighborhoods.

  • AIRA

      Aira service is available to blind or low-vision guests during all Dickies Arena events. Guests are able to get on-demand visual descriptions from live, sighted agents using the video feed from their smartphone. Agents can help blind or low vision guests find their seats, locate concessions and arena services, and navigate around the building. This service is available for free when at Dickies Arena by downloading the Aira app to an iPhone or Android smartphone. For more information regarding Aira, you can visit their website here.

  • Assisted Listening Device

      Dickies Arena will be equipped with a state-of-the-art assistive listening system (ALS). Headsets/receivers will be available at no charge at Guest Services located at section 117. A valid driver’s license will be required as a deposit to loan out receivers.

  • Companion Seating

      Accessible/disabled seating is available on all levels of Dickies Arena. Accessible seating is reserved for guests with accessible needs and their companions. Guests purchasing accessible seats may purchase (1) accessible seat and three (3) companion seats adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending on availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space.

  • Concessions

      All concession stands and bars are accessible to guests with disabilities.

  • Elevators

      Elevators are located in the Southeast and Northwest corners of Dickies Arena. See below for specific elevator level access and locations:

      Southeast Elevator: Plaza Level (Section 129), Club Level (Across from the South Club Terrace), and Gallery Level (Section 229)

      Northwest Elevator: Floor Seating Access, Plaza Level (Section 114), Club Level (Across from the North Club Bar), and Gallery Level (Section 213)

      North Club Elevator: Rodeo Box Level (Odd numbered boxes access only), Plaza Level (Section 116, entrance inside the arena bowl), North Club Bar, Club Level (North Club)

      South Club Elevator: Rodeo Box Level (Even numbered boxes access only), Plaza Level (Section 132), South Club Terrace, Club Level (South Club Dining)

  • Emergencies

      Dickies Arena staff members have been trained to assist all guests during an emergency situation. Guests, including those with disabilities, should follow the direction of uniformed security or guest service personnel at all times. If an evacuation is required, guests who are unable to exit the arena will be directed to an area designated for rescue assistance where they will receive further instructions.

  • Escalators

      Escalators are located on the east and west sides of the building. Wheelchairs, scooters, strollers, or other wheeled devices are not permitted on the escalators. Guests using these devices must utilize the elevators located at the Northwest and Southeast corners of the building.

  • Escorts

      Wheelchair escorts will be provided by the Dickies Arena Guest Services team if requested. The service is complimentary and can be requested at arena entry points on the day of an event. Please alert any guest services or security team member for assistance. to accommodate as many guests as possible, wheelchairs are not available for use throughout the duration of the event. Wheelchair escorts are only available for our guests to and from the arena entrance and their seats.

  • Hearing Impaired Services

      Guests requesting hearing impaired services at Dickies Arena events should contact the Guest Services department as soon as possible. Requests must be made a minimum two weeks prior to the event date to ensure that hearing impaired services are available and scheduled for the event. You can contact the Guest Service department at accessibility@dickiesarena.com or at 817-402-9000 for requests and more information.

  • Mobility Device Storage

      Guests wanting to check in mobility devices such as wheelchairs, scooters, walkers or crutches can do so at section 117 Guest Services. Our guest service team will make arrangements to return the device to its owner at any time requested during the event.

       

  • Restrooms

      All public restrooms are accessible to our guests with disabilities. Accessible family restrooms are also available throughout Dickies Arena.

  • Seating/Ticket Information

      Accessible seating is available on all levels of Dickies Arena. If you require accessible seating and you have tickets in a non-accessible seating location, please contact the Dickies Arena Box Office at 817-402-9801 as soon as possible for accommodations. If you have obtained accessible seating tickets and do not require accessible seating, please contact Dickies Arena box office to exchange your seating into a non-accessible section based on availability.   • Service Animals

      Animals or pets of any kind are not permitted into Dickies Arena with the exception of trained service animals and services animals in training for guests with disabilities. Service animals must be leashed at all times unless when performing a necessary task for their handler. Handlers are responsible for cleaning up after their service animal and any damages caused by the service animal.
