“Rattler Days at Dickies Arena is always a highlight of our season,” said Rattlers President Chad Blankenship. “While our goal is always to win the championship, we’re proud of how our riders competed to earn a top-three finish, and the team is looking forward to carrying that momentum into the new season and our homestand under the direction of Cody Lambert.”
As part of today’s announcement, the Rattlers also revealed that standouts Brady Fielder and Daniel Keeping have signed multi-year contracts, becoming the team’s first franchise players and solidifying the core of the roster for seasons to come. These long-term signings reflect the franchise’s continued investment in building a championship-caliber team and underscore the long-term stability and growth of the PBR Teams league.
The Rattlers are Dallas-Fort Worth’s first-ever professional bull riding team, competing in a growing sports league that transforms bull riding from an individual sport into a team-formatted competition. The 10-team league features the world’s top bull riders competing on teams in five-on-five games throughout the season, culminating in the PBR Teams Championship in Las Vegas.
Led by Head Coach and PBR co-founder Cody Lambert, the Rattlers finished the 2025 PBR Teams regular season ranked No. 3 with a 23-12 record. They secured a first-round bye heading into the PBR Teams Championship after defeating the No. 1 Florida Freedom, highlighted by standout rides from Keeping, Fielder and Claudio Montanha Jr., among others. The Rattlers compiled a 2-2 record in Las Vegas to take home bronze at the 2025 PBR Teams Championship, marking the third time in four years the team has finished inside the top three and reinforcing their status as one of the league’s most consistent contenders.
In Fort Worth, the Rattlers have proven very difficult to beat with a lifetime record of 11-1.
Overall, league event attendance continued to increase in the 2025 season. On television, the bull riding games reached 3.0 million viewers when airing on CBS and CW on the same weekend, totaling 28.2 million fans reached in the 2025 season. Even with a ranker pen of bulls, the on-the-dirt product has never been better, demonstrated in riding percentages at 42.13 percent for the 2025 season, up by almost a full 2 percent and another Championship decided in the final outs of the Championship game.
